This is what our base pricing looks like across multiple property ranges:
Small Property
think of a standard townhome with a 1-car garage.
$8.28 - $11.04 (207 – 276 sq ft)
Medium Property
$14.96 - $26.44 (374 – 661 sq ft)
Large Property
Think of a standard suburban property with a 2-car garage.
$27.6 - $46.00 (690 – 1150 sq ft)
Think higher-end suburban home, 3-car garage, and a longer-than-average driveway.
Extra-Large Property
$48.00 - $120.00+ (1200 – 3000+ sq ft)
Think of a high-end premium home, 4-6 car garage, or a smaller parking lot.
Additional Fees
Off-Hour/Emergency Service
We sometimes can accept emergency service off-hours; however, it will cost an additional $10 fee.

We know - extra fees suck; however, we do not blindsight - our fees incentivize a streamlined & efficient workflow to support our reliability.
Early Commute Fee
If you require your driveway to be cleared and ready before 5:00 AM, it will require a $10 fee. You will not be charged if we clear it before 5:00 coincidentally, only if you specifically require it.

Out of Range Service:
$5-15
We will charge a small extra fee if the property is out of north Utah County, north of Orem. The fee goes up to $15 depending on the distance.
Priority Pass/Fee
Customers have the option to be put on the priority list, ensuring their property gets done first when the big snowstorm's slow things down.
