Terms Of Service
1. Service Commitment
When you book a reservation with Alpine Grove Snow Removal, you’re securing a guaranteed snow-removal service for your selected property.
By submitting a reservation, you agree that our team will perform the service as scheduled, unless you cancel in advance.
Our commitment is to ensure your agreed-upon areas (driveways, walkways, and other listed surfaces) are cleared of snow and ice before your stated commute time, which will be confirmed with you during scheduling.
If we fail to meet this commitment, you are eligible for a full refund for that service visit.
2. Cancellations
Cancellations are free and easy — just notify us at least 12 hours before your scheduled service.
You can cancel by phone, text, or email confirmation.
If you cancel within 12 hours of the scheduled time or after our crew has already begun travel or work, the full service fee will apply.
3. Refunds
Once a service has been completed according to the agreed-upon expectations, no refunds can be issued if a client later changes their mind.
Refunds are only available in cases where:
The service was not completed as agreed upon, or
The snow-clearing promise (see Section 1) was not met.
4. Property Access and Awareness
To avoid any confusion or concern during service, the client must ensure that household members and property occupants are aware that Alpine Grove Snow Removal will be on-site.
Please clear vehicles or obstacles from service areas whenever possible to ensure full access and a safe working environment.
5. Liability and Safety
Alpine Grove Snow Removal exercises reasonable care to prevent property damage. However, we are not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage to surfaces or property,
Hazards concealed beneath snow or ice
Our complimentary ice melt helps reduce the chance of refreezing after your service, but it cannot eliminate it. We recommend light re-application by the property owner after 6–12 hours or following new snowfall.
6. Agreement
By reserving a service, the client acknowledges that they have read and agreed to these terms.
